Genius Hour Carne Frio


Mi primer receto es de Carne Frío.
Este plato es muy delicioso y yo quiere que to preuve este plato. Yo decidió que yo quería a hacer esto plato quando yo mi vio en http://cocinacubana.cibercuba.com.
Tu necesito esté cosas para el comida


En olla de presión, sólo tiene que echar una taza de agua en la olla y cocinarlos durante 25 minutos.
½ kilogramo de carne de res molida
½ kilogramo de carne de cerdo moliad
¼ kilogramo de jamón molido
1 cebolla.
2 dientes de ajo.
1 cucharada de sal.
1 cucharada de mostaza.
1/8 cucharadita de pimienta molida.
1/8 cucharadita de nuez moscada.
1/8 cucharadita de comino.
1/8 cucharadita de orégano.
10 huevos.
2 tazas de galleta molida o pan rallado.
1 cebolla.
1 cucharada de sal.
2 dientes de ajo.
1 hoja de laurel.
1 cucharadita de pimienta en grano.
1 cucharadita de comino.
1 cucharadita de orégano.
Añádele la sal, la mostaza, las especias molidas, 4 huevos batidos y 1
taza de galleta molida o pan rallado a las carnes mezcladas con la cebolla molida.
Amasalo todo y haga tres rollos, envuelvelos 2 veces en huevo y galleta;
después envuelva cada rollo en un pedazo de tela húmeda, amarre cada
extremo y cosa la orilla de la tela para que no se abra.
Coloque los rollos en agua hirviendo con los últimos ingredientes indicados y déjelos hervir 2 horas.
Quítales la tela mientras estén calientes, déjelos enfriar bien y corte cada rollo en ruedas.



En la semana que viene, yo voy ablar de arros y frijoles.
